Volunteer Application Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Foster Village volunteer!  Foster City Village is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by local volunteers.  We recognize the value of our volunteers' time and will do everything we can to make your volunteer experiences fulfilling, as we work together to carry out our mission to enable older adults to age joyfully in their own homes and community.

Please note that all volunteers must be at least 18 years of age or older.  As part of the vetting process, all volunteers will have a background check, references verified, and for those driving, their DMV driving record validated along with providing proof of auto liability insurance. This is to protect both members and volunteers.  All Foster City Village volunteers are covered by our general liability policy.

Once we receive your application we will contact you for a brief interview, answer any questions you might have and explain next steps. All screened and approved volunteers sign a confidentiality agreement.
